How precise do my measurements need to be?
Work to ±¼″. Measure the furniture, not the old cushion. See the measuring guide for the full method.
Can I order a shape that isn't listed?
We cover the most common shapes (rectangle, circle, L, U, T, trapezoid, triangle, semicircle). For unusual outlines, contact us with a sketch and dimensions — we'll quote it manually.
Do you sell foam samples?
Sample packs are on the roadmap. Until then, the foam guide describes each grade's feel and best use.
Production & shipping
How long does an order take?
Made-to-order cushions are typically cut, covered and shipped within 5–10 business days of payment. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking when it leaves the workshop.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. Shipping is a flat $9.99, free on orders of $150 or more.
Covers & materials
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes — choose Customer's Own Material (COM) in the configurator. We charge for labor only, by covered area. Mail the fabric with your order number; we confirm safe arrival by email.
Is Dacron worth it?
For seat cushions, most customers say yes: it softens the surface, rounds the edges and adds about ¼″ of loft. It's priced by your actual area so you can compare before deciding.
After the order
What if my cushion doesn't fit?
Custom-cut goods can't be restocked, so we can't accept returns for measurements entered incorrectly — measure twice. If we cut the wrong size versus your order, we remake and reship at our cost. See Shipping & Returns for details.
